I think looking at the "planetary deficits" is the quickest way to find the mote consumers. At least until the building is recognisable.

Good stuff Quill. A big fan of Stellaris (1K+ hours played myself). Sometimes it seems they have added a lot of "busy work" items, The Council, for one but I do enjoy watching the game played as it is very much a task to keep it all together, :)
