I have extreme ankle clicking from lots of injuries no pain but annoying would stem cells help

Yes - you likely have partially torn ligaments around the ankle - prp or stem cell prob would be good option for that

Yes but would probably try PRP before stemcells for sports hernia - muscle and muscle-tendon junctions are easy to heal as long as not a large defect
