OK, folding in a recipe simple means adding the ingredient a bit at a time and turning it round and over into the existing mixture, then doing that repeatedly until the ingredient has completely blended with the rest of the ingredients. That's how you explain folding lady with glasses lol😂

Ok for anyone wondering, you place the cheese in pot, then you take the spoon and create a tipe of layer of sause around it, then, you place the spoon on top of the cheese with that layer and sink the spoon until you reach the end of the pot, then repeat until you have a homogeneous mixture

It's not "folding" anything. It's just scooping a hole in whatever it is your previously mixing and throwing in the next ingredient slowly while scooping mounds of the mixture over top of each other again....slowly if it's your first time, otherwise you can do it fast
