Hi Dr Blake thanks for all your great videos!!! I do a lot of biking and running and years ago had a custom-made orthotic casting of my footwhich really has helped me but in the last couple years I had a standing X-ray done and my right femur bone is 12 mm shorter so I added a 5mm full-length insole to my shoes to help compensate I also feel better with some padding underneath the fifth metatarsal on the right shorter leg and also feel better with padding or wedge under the first metatarsal on the left longer leg. Does that sound correct from your experience? I do feel a difference with my cycling with this setup in my shoes. It seems to have alleviated some of the right lower back pain that I was having when bicycle training for events.
