Peroneal Taping for lateral ankle and foot symptoms

The use of leukotape is demonstrated to help support the peroneal tendons and the lateral ankle. This is very useful for patients with symptoms laterally on the outside of the ankle and leg, and over supinators.

Hello. I had PBT surgery 3 months ago, and now I have lateral heel pain. It’s concerning. I’m not getting any answers from my surgeon. I’m really going to push for imaging to make sure the tendon is not torn again. I’m going to try this taping method. Is lateral heel pain normal after PBT surgery? Thank you.
