I remember seeing this about the Mennonite General Store and i have been to a couple before and there is an Amish Store near where i live here in Oklahoma this is really nice watching it again thanks John.☕👋🇺🇲

I don't agree with poster who said the vlogger should have gotten free sandwiches. It costs a lot of money to pay the employees and to run a store. You eat, you pay---like others. Anyway, just my opinion.

Erma skimped a bit on the filling on pie four. Pie #1 was plump and Mennoniciously delicious looking so maybe it's a special order. 😁 Place looks amazing. Vietnamese Okra Chips. Interesting.

Before you leave a Mennonite bakery or country store check for jams jellies and pickles, you won’t be sorry. You can find red plum jam, local honey and other old goodies you can’t find the big grocery stores 😊

We do have a lot of roadside stands in our area but no boiled peanuts. I think you have to go a little further south like Georgia, Alabama etc for boiled peanuts. I’m from the same area as John. Actually we are cousins. Lafollette, Tennessee.

For all the great and free advertising for this store I feel they should have given you those sandwiches for free. That's just me I guess but that's what I would have done. Loved the store and Irma is a workhorse, a great mentor to the younger gals.
