I need to know how much computing power I need for the Vision 40w. How much memory and what specs should it have and should I be using a Windows or Mac ? My laptop is very old and extremely slow, I am planning on buying a new one SPECIFICALLY for using with my Vision 40 w .

Please explain what you meant at 33:24. You said you need to mirror your image whenever engraving a dark surface like acrylic. That doesn't make sense to me because if you mirror words they will be backwards. I understand mirroring on the backside of something, like mirror but not the front side of anything. Please clarify this

This has been extremely helpful. Thank you so much for taking the time to make a video. I have your 40w laser, it's awesome! The software has a little bit of a learning curve. May I suggest having more presets for materials. It would also be nice for the time countdown to be on screen while the laser is doing a project not just the progress bar. All around wonderful product! One question...for the extender rails can you make as short as you want? Thanks & God Bless! 🤗

You keep talking about what you are seeing on your computer screen, but we can't see it. That's very frustrating for a beginner. You were talking about doing a full wrap on the bottle, but didn't finish your thought. How do we prevent the overlapping of the design?

You need proper terminology 😊 I'm very concerned with customer support. I inquired and it's been more than 4 days and still no response. No email confirmation that you received my inquiry. Your machines offer 12 months warranty. What if I'm running a business and suddenly my WeCreat machine stopped working? How can I run my business if the machine is down and no response from your support for more than 3 days now? Your website does not offer extended warranty for your products. Specially the machine moves X and Y axis all the time when it's being used. So sooner or later, the machine will go down/need maintenance

Got the whole setup all set ready to go but I have no idea where to begin online. We even bought a new laptop. Your videos are not helpful. You seem just a little less confused than I am. Not real happy right now , if I had gotten an xtool or a laser pecker i think I would have been better off. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. can’t find any tutorials that are helpful for beginners. -😢
