Step by Step Guide: Gna in 15 Seconds on GMGOW NG+ [No Damage] - God of War Ragnarok

I just beat her! It took me many, many tries to get each part down (the run up to the R1 combo, the R3 + L3 button press to the L1 + Triangle button press, and everything afterwards), but I did it! I wasn't able to do it without dying, but the Berserker's Resurrection Stone, along with switching to Fury, helped to finish off that last bar of health. Seriously, thank you so much for making this guide. Hopefully, everyone who plays God of War: Ragnarok sees this guide and/or any of your other guides for this game.

It took me a few tries to work out that first hit but once I got the momentum going this strategy works flawlessly absolutely melts Gna’s healthbar. This is the only fight in the entire game I had to look up, I managed alright first time around but NG+ Gna is a whole different beast. This guide was incredible

This video helped me to beat Gna on my first GMNM NG+ run. I didn’t have your stats or the memento of the ailing so I used a slightly different variation. Took me about 2 minutes but I didn’t take any damage and hitting her with the storm of bifrost, poison, relic, melee attack was very satisfying.

Wonderful guide...i've found that another thing that can help Is equip the gauntlets and belt of Ares, activate the first rage (10seconds of +50% damage) and than equip the Lunda and proceed as the video. It boost the damage a lot at the beginning

I know for a fact that Atreus is looking for Giants outside the 9 realms and Freyr is alive in the Higher Plane and maybe in the next game or after that, Kratos might sacrifice himself trying to save Atreus’ life and end up going to the higher plane as well where Athena is. @@akhafasu i'm talking about an accessory called sigil punishment, which used to increase the damage against hexed enemies and was very powerful to demolish bosses like gna or hrolf in under a minute. The problem is that, after finishing the game once, I started a NG+ and now that I have to face Gna once again I checked for that accessory but it has a completely different effect. Did they simply changed its effect cause it was too powerful (like they nerfed the stonecutter knob for example), is it a NG+ thing or is it just a very unfortunate bug?

Permafrost build up needs to be added to the skill tree. Add it to the F+X, R1 skill (can't remember the name). Then do as I do and it should fill up completely.

I followed this sequence to the tee but was never able to deplete Gna's HP even after the third axe combo. There's always a sliver of HP left. When that happens, I revert to my old tactic of hamming her with all my runic attacks until something hits and pray that she doesn't kick my assguard😂

Hi, the poison build doesnt work. I did everything as you do, and she kills me in less than 5 seconds, even in give me mercy mode. Please help

Did he say R1, "Forward X", R1, R1? The first combo? If so, what is forward X? What does it do?

You do a small forward dash and swing your axe

The "really important part" to disrupt her attack by also activating permafrost is where i keep failing. L1+triangle aren't activating it for me.

@akhafasu I finally got it to work. I was messing up on the R1+X+R1+R1 part and hitting either one more or one less. It really has to be perfect. When it is though, it's insane how fast her health melts. This build is dirty 😂

Hey I need a bit of help with the build bec when I try to get the permafrost with the four attacks mine don’t charge and I’m following the steps so idk what I’m doing wrong but I am getting it to a bar eventually (I’ve realised the mistake it’s the skill boosts so nvm)

Hows it possible her bar is green, but mine is orange when my stats are actually higher then his?

The HP bar turns green only when Gna gets poisoned. Her bar is otherwise yellow since I’m on level 10. If you’re not level 10, then her bar will be orange. You can see the level on the top left
