Hello, I have a few questions about the new system po. 1. Where do I find the confirmation letter of my appointment? I dont think I received an email of a copy of my confirmation letter. 2. How am I supposed to know that my VAC appointment has been scheduled? There is no indication on which appointment has been scheduled, so I am confused on that. 3. Once the VAC appointment has been scheduled, how can I confirm that it has been scheduled? Nothing on the site tells me that my appointment has been scheduled.

Hello sana po mapansin.😊 Nag set po ako ng ofc for nov 27 showing din sa board pero wala po confirmation. Ang interview po Dec 12 from NVC letter. Bakit po kaya walang confirmation? 2. Another question po.for 14 yrs old i tried set for dec 9 po pero nakarecieve ako ng confirmation na ofc nya nov 27 then dec ang interview. Which is i only choose the dec 9. Pero sa akin anak na 17 at sakin ay choose ko nov 27 walang confirmations.. Lahat po kame dec 12 ang interview schedule by nvc.. i try call them sa posted number but cannot reach them po.. Any idea po? Thank you

your new system is not user friendly. I have all the details input on the system, it did not give me a schedule instead it denied my pre approval request. Hnd pa nga naiinterview denied agad lol
