The new scheduling system is NOT better than the old one. Ive been trying to get an appointment for a week already. but im stuck with calender, after I select the manila office the calendar just loading... and loading loading up until this very moment. But in this video the calendar load fast. I hope in reality also. The old is much user friendly and super fast. So disappointed! I even accidentally cancel my schedule because of the new system is not user friendly. But if they did not ask to also make an account to the new system my interview is on november 5 already!

We are 2 different applicants. Cr1 and Cr2. Wife and son of a U.S. Citizen. When I did my (wife), it said Interview Waiver and just directed to VAC schedule appointment and wasn't asked for a schedule for the interview on the U.S. Embassy. We already have our schedule assigned by the NVC. But when I did my son's, I was directed to do both the VAC and the U.S. Embassy scheduling appointment. The problem is, the assigned date given to us by the NVC was no longer available on the U.S. Embassy scheduling page. Please help us. What do we need to do?

I book my medical appointment in slec dec.4,2024. Was planning then after to book for biometrics at Vac. Will i still book for us embassy appointment eh meron na nga ako confirm date and time for interview on dec. 19, 2024. Pls kindly help or advice me. for the visa type, The DS-160 is NONIMMIGRANT for K1 Visa, yet when you choose the Non-Immigrant part it wont show the K1 Visa option and will not let you proceed, it keeps saying "invalid message not found"

Very, very inconvenient. It's not how it is shown on the phone. You can only view one schedule calendar, and then when you submit, the other calendar for interview, which is unpredictable when you see. You have booked dec 3 for VAC, and then the availability for an interview is dec 9. Imagine if you're from other regions. Having 6 days gap. Are you serious. You can't edit resched and can not view the whole info the time it's not visible through the phone. Are you serious. The system of visascheduling is not as convenient as they portray in this VTR

I feel you. I already rescheduled 3x to see what works for the consular interview. You can't go back to the biometrics once you have chosen already, you have to cancel and reschedule. So inconvenient.

Hi, thank you for sharing. I tried to login but I mistakenly input the wrong country . I tried to edit but it cannot be undone. So I made another account and when I was about to submit, the system said that the already have an existing profile on me on the database. We’ll the problem is the new system. It happens to me that i even follow up the bank. There is nothing wrong with the payment invoice. On their side. Until it expires. I received an email from vfs to get a new appointment and generate a new cgi reference number. Thus, they will refund the previousdiscrepancy. So i paid again. But the refund is still unclear. Their finance department haven't contacted. I keep on requesting in the portal. gets the same response. I'll update this weather. i get the refund or what.
