set the old DC to DHCP, change the name to DC-OLD (or something), reboot, and then from PS/CMD ipconfig /registerdns. For the new DC: set the new to desired IP, and change name to the old DC, reboot and from PS/CMD, ipconfig /registerdns. power down the old one.
