Today's video is going to be a little bit different...It's not a full workout per se...But instead a video on exactly how to use resistance bands to build muscle at home...Which is becoming an increasingly popular (and important) topic especially as more gyms are closing down after Thanksgiving. Check out today's video to learn the RIGHT WAY to build muscle with bands only!

I made an anchor station in my garage for my band workouts. I took two pieces of Super Strut and mounted them vertically on the wall with an 1.5" stand-off. I can wrap the bands around the strut, or I can hook carabiners into the slots. It worked nicely, I managed to make some really good gains during the last lock down, and my joints certainly felt a lot better working with bands. Now I'm not even remotely concerned about the gyms closing... Welp, looks like I'll be getting jacked in my garage again.

Superb content, most beneficial video I have seen on bands. Can I ask how many different exercises on each muscle group you would recommend? Thanks 🙏

This has really inspired me to build some muscle with resistance bands. Is it just 1 lot of 8-12 reps on a challenging weight? I'm just starting and wondering if you could help me out with a routine for a days work? Great videos and thank you

Another good video Mark. At 65 I am becoming a big fan of bands and dumbbells. Couple of questions. Is the reverse fly a back exercise ( I’m guessing it is) and could it be combined with chest fly as a push-pull superset? Thanks
