Great video! I thought all those extra costs you mentioned would add up to 10% of the purchase price. You say it's more like 13-14%. Okay, good to know. Anna and I are a few steps behind you, but we're getting the eventually. 😊👍

We purchased an apartment in April. There’s a governmental tax of 10% and then another 3+ % for notary, deed payment and collection and other costs.

Hi Steve. We got our car registered in a place in Los Alcazares called Car Registration Spain they are excellent 👌 they did everything for you. If you're out and about in Villamartin again my husband and I can meet for a coffee, beer and we can tell you how to go about everything. What with Spanish Bank account 😳, high fees, set up in Dundalk . Irish Bank account have EU Iban and Bic, they are accepted for Domestic bills,

No you don't need a Spanish address for an N.I.E. I got mine living in London. £8 about 3 years ago from The Spanish Consulate.
