I think you have to decide what type of clients you want to focus on getting RIGHT NOW, you don't have to stick with that forever your offer can definitely change. But if you want to use a platform to effectively attract clients then it needs to be really clear what it is you do and how it helps them when they come onto your account. If you want to have another broad social media account as well to explore more options then absolutely do that - but for the purpose of attracting clients my advice would be to focus on one thing for now. Hope that makes sense.

I don't have a business. I've been studying to become a software developer. But i read you should code in public and ive taken that to mean having a public github but also talking about what you're learning. So I'm far from an expert but I've been writing about what I'm learning. Ive also started writing about my job which is a pharmacy tech. But there's no money in being a pharmacy tech. Fellow introvert here - if you can get over that and show your face it can be HUGE for your business and confidence. But if not then faceless content does well, and it is VERY possible to build a personal brand without showing your face if you want to. Instagram might be a good fit for you if this is the case
