Fantastic location, but someone’s gonna get ripped off… for R50 bar the kitchen is way under spec, as is the furniture. At that price point it should without a doubt have 2 ovens, and a built-in coffee maker (to say the least).

Absolutely agree. There are better houses at half the price. This house looks like a work in progress even though it is "finished." But then, this is Cape Town... prices are crazy because of the area and people are willing to pay for those.
