I'm hoping that they will still implement collision with npcs or can hurt them then it will result in either (just my idea tho) a) We temporarily lose our license to solve anomalies (which will not let us continue story etc.), we will only get it back after maneuvering persisting police force or b) after performing so many crimes the story will branch out to another storyline where the player is an opp (cuz I remember them saying that this game there will be multiple endings iirc)

....Just like any openworld RPG? follow the main story/narrative while doing avail. side quest if theirs is, the main problem with open-world gacha is that the content is going to be limited every monthly (whatever how many days new patch gets released) and they can't overblown the game storage too much because they're still targeting Mobile gamers, so their will be compromise etc.
