Grapellis music is so unique that you will feel every note he plays. This makes his music so sexy & romantic as if I can afford not wake up the next day... Eigentlich ist Geige nicht gerade eins meiner Lieblingsinstrumente. Aber dieser Maestro Grappelli hier... Mit gefühlten 120 noch immer so voller Ideen. Der ist einfach grandios. Wer spielt Gitarre? Ist auch toll.

Someone to Watch Over Me - Gershwin outdid himself with this song, and Grappelli's version is as emotional as can possibly be from the wedding of man and instrument. And how about a good word for the guitarist accompanying him on "Someone"? Listen to the harmonics and soft, every-note-in-place touch. Who IS this?
