In this video, we are going back to our OG series which started it all... our Vancouver BURGER QUEST!!
Since our last burger quest video, the Vancouver burger scene has changed quite a bit. Eventhough some of our favourite burger spots have closed, some other joints are now stepping up to the plate with their own meaty creations.

Just went to Bin4Burger & Lounge 10-29-2022. It was amazing. Thanks for the information and suggestion. It is worth it. Had the Heritage Burger w/ smoke bacon, aged white cheddar, grilled onions and mushrooms & The Big Digger. Excellent

Some of the Burgers from Burgerland are representative of certain American regional burger styles. I learned this from watching the burger expert George Motz talk about and make them on his show Burgar Scholar on First We Feast. I've been making burgers accordingly since watching them.

So many burgers, so little time. I'm glad you made it to Lost In The '50s. The burgers were always fantastic but it looks like maybe they improved the fries. I hope that a fry will be cooked enough that it will snap when folded and not be limp and wag like a dog's tail. It's funny that Hawksworth was probably the most expensive but looked the least appetizing compared to your other stops. I hope some time you can try and review Wally's Burgers on East 49th and Elliot. I haven't been there yet but I was a regular at their legendary Kingsway drive-in that closed in 2008. Deluxe Wagons were the bomb.

For medium rare, I'd recommend the gull, pourhouse, red accordion and hawksworth 😁

@@stephaneats3944 thanks for the recommendation. I tried red accordion after watching your video, very nice! Went to Pourhouse as well and it was good. Didn't know about the Gull but it looks great, I'm definitely going there soon! Keep up the great work, merci pour tes vidéos géniales ;)

Great video Stephan. With the exception of Hawksworth and the Gull, they all overcook their burgers. I know that they are worried about getting sued for food poisoning and that's why they overcook the burgers, but a good burger shouldn't be as grey as sewer water. My favourite burger is at Romers on 4th avenue in Kits.
