Still being alive doesn't mean surviving. After a rape, your heart might still be beating but you can lose your life. And that's what I mean by not surviving. You need help and support to find enough courage to keep going on with your life. You will never forget or accept it but you'll learn to live with that.

Gr8 storyline with twist of Stephanie being unknowingly responsible but Andy literally responsible. I still put this 2nd to Eden's rape storyline on Santa Barbara, though. Especially with Eden's being in the late 1980's and far ahead of its time. SB had a twist on who the rapist turned out to be that left fans jaws on the floor. Unimaginable and unforgettable! And thank goodness this was back when you had to warch to know what was going on. Spoilers were minimal and the reveal (and really the entire storline) was edge of your seat entertainment at its best! If you've never seen it, you can now on youtube. I challenge you to watch it and not be impressed by the acting, writing, production, and music effects. If you are a true soap fan i guarantee to you that it will not be a waste of your time! I still remember the storyline after all these years, and i was 12 years old when it played out. Both are classic storylines respective to their show and the genre!
