I recently picked up that Christine 4k, and thought that text on the front was just an oversized j-card. When I opened it up I was kind of shocked to find out that wasn't, it's definitely the funkiest looking steelbook in my collection. It looks kind of like a page from a magazine article😂!

Cadaver Club 😂😂😂 I'm with you on that one! It's such a strange design for a Steelbook. Mine is actually just the Blu-ray, but I grabbed the standard 4k when they released that. So can you believe they made that artwork decision, twice!!?? 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️I was so hoping that the 4k would be great and they're get it right but noooo, they kept it. Hi, Steph: What an amazing collection you have. The cover of SOCIETY was so frightening. I'm scared without having to watch the movie. I will have to re-watch THE FLY one day. I remember liking that way back when. Same with AMITYVILLE. OF course, GET OUT is such a great film. I don't think I've ever seen KILLER KLOWNS. I'll have to check that out one of these days. On the last ones you showed, indeed the artwork was superb! They would make beautiful prints on a wall. How many films from your collection do you watch a week? NipoteZia hello, my friend. 😀 Killer Klowns is just a silly, fun, cheesy old horror movie. You might like it, might not. I think it depends on your expectations. (Keep them managed) I actually have a coffee table book from, Alex Ross, the artist who did the work on the Universal Steelbooks. He's amazing. He just did the artwork for, Glass- I had to get it even if just for his work. It's gorgeous. I try to watch new movies right as they come in. I'm getting review titles as well so in order to keep up, I sometimes watch 2-3 a day. Then I immediately write out my thoughts/bullet points so as not to forget. You know- AARP brain. 🤯🤯 We don't have cable so the only things I really watch are the movies and maybe, Netflix. I would say I've seen about 90% of my collection at least once. I'm also a big one for revisiting my favorites. I just recently did a big cull of titles that I decided I'll never watch again so I'm going to donate them to the local library. I do that about twice a year, which keeps things under control. Thanks, as always, for being here. You're the best. 😀❤️❤️👋👋✌️👍

Very cool! All those Arrow titles, are they Region 1? And that version of Let The Right One In, where did you get that? Love the cover! And with all those steel books, do you get much extras in them? I got the Shout/Scream one of They Live! which came with a poster, but think that was about it?

DungeonStudio the Arrow titles I showed, I believe are all Region A- I got them mostly from DiabolikDVD online. I do have some newer titles that are Region B because I just got a Region-free player for upstairs. The Steelbooks are mixed regions- some are Region-free some are locked. Let Me In and Let The Right One In were both from Zavvi but I don't think they're on that site anymore. I've been getting titles from a new place: www.deff.com they have Let Me In on the site right now for a good price, too. Check them out, they have some great things there. Thanks for watching. 👋👋👍

DungeonStudio my pleasure, enjoy. I got my Region-free player from Amazon for $149 (it probably fell off the back of a truck😂😂). It's a Samsung and came with no directions but it works fine. Only thing is the only way to change regions is you open the tray, insert the disc is press 1 for A, 2 for B, etc. I only found that out by googling it. Anyway, it's a trial run right now and so far, so good. I have the now end of the line, Oppo as my main player but it's region locked.

I love Killer Klowns from Outer Space and that cover is flipping awesome! I have the steel book for An American Werewolf in London, but it doesn't have anything like that on the front. It's kind of like a matte gunmetal color and the cover is plain Where did you get yours?

Hello and thanks for watching. Arrow is kind of like the Criterion of horror. They take more obscure films and give them new transfers, lots of special features, new artwork and things like that. They're very popular in the UK but have become more readily available here in the States. Hope that helps you.
