Totally love what you both said about waiting until you are ready and feeling “behind”! I felt this way sooo often when I was younger, I was so worried because I was 22 before I had my first boyfriend. Turns out, waiting was the best thing ever because my first boyfriend became my husband 1.5 years later, he’s my best friend and we are expecting our first baby after 6 years together! While I had talked to other guys before hand and causally dates, I was always super picky and would come up with reasons as to why it wouldn’t work out. With my husband it just felt right and I knew I would marry him within the first week of dating 😂 sounds crazy, but to all the girls out there still waiting, the right one will come along and he will be worth the wait! 💛

the girl bsf advice is THE BEST advice ive ever heard literally life changing if u r going through a breakup or just bored of boys cling to ur bestie and u will feel soo much better its also way more fulfilling and safe (if ur friend is a good one) u start doing stuff for the girlies and boom ur skin looks better and u r happy so definitely recommended. about the toxic friends thing just remember that if u spend all ur time and energy on bad friends u will never have space for good friends so let those bad ones go and u will find ur way to the good ones even if it takes time

For socializing in high school, I do think it’s important to interact with your classmates and your peers because they’re going to be around you for the next four years. Yeah their opinion isn’t going to matter in the four years from now, but I think it’s also normal and OK to care. I would say if you have a weird or unique interests, maybe try to behave normally with most people and slowly introduce your unique interests. Human beings are literally designed to care about what the people around them think if the tribe doesn’t like you, they’re not going to spend resources protecting you and you die so it’s very normal and very human to care.
