Stephen A is on point! The warriors haven’t been able to find a legit center mainly for defense and rebounds. This goes back to even when they were 73-9. When Bogut or Zaza were down, they struggled defensively. 2022 was all about Steph and Wiggins stepping up with everyone else filling the gaps but they expected Wiggins to progress and instead he regressed.

Lets be honest here, Steph is still able to play like the 2015 version of himself. The only problem is klay and lack of big men to his team. If klay didn't play well then they have higher chance of losing. same while playing against taller teams, their small ball lineup doesn't always comes in to play specially in the post. They need changes on their roster and someone must let go. Another factor is steph's health. Because the only thing that can stop him are the injuries.

Around the time their assistant coach passed away, they were getting torched by weaker teams.
