For me, Curry is much more understandable as a person. An undersized guard with amazing shooting evolved a game and made a three more valuable than ever. He found his own way to get offensive impact on the floor as much as Kobe and LeBron with his offball movement. I tore my meniscus and ACL got 2 surgeries and when I feel down I look at some Steph Curry highlights who also been through injuries. He is inspiring me to become better than I was before injury, not Kobe or LeBron, both of them seem unreacheable for me with their crazy athletic ability and height whereas Curry makes me want to workout more and get my shit together.

All I keep hearing is about “the shot” But NOBODY is talking about all the things that revolves around making that shot, The work he puts in for the AMAZING handles to create space for that shot…. The conditioning he had to go through to move without the ball that TO THIS DAY make Reggie Miller and Rip Hamilton EXTREMELY PROUD. He’s top 5 dead or alive one of the greatest point guards to ever play the game of basketball ON ANY LEVEL because he’s been doing it since he was able for the ball to reach the rim because of his legendary father. He’s an EXTREMELY RARE talent that we’ll be lucky to ever see again.

I played basketball when I was young. Back then if I could make a single 3 point shot I felt tired. I don't know why sportscasters fail to acknowledge Stephen as the best nba player of all time. Even when mj was playing, if he made 5 threes in a game, that was it. Stephen has made a record 13 threes in a regular game. He also made 16 threes in an all star game. He made more than 400 threes in a regular season. He made 93 threes out of 100. With all these records I don't think anyone can top what he's accomplished. He's a good dribbler that's why he can hide the ball when driving to the rack. How many times has Stephen shoot the ball from half court or before half court? These shots happen once in a lifetime. Stephen has done it many times.

If you watch hotones episode with steph he says hearing kobe talk about his game meant so much to him because kobe doesn't say things like that about hardly anybody. He knew.

Comparing him to Tim Duncan is the highest accolade. A great human being with talent and ream building and hard work. What a package. He inspires me.

Honestly I think behind of course S.A but I think GS fans have more love than any other team in the league after being coached under Kerr he’s the only one who really gives S.A credit and we never Boo him when he comes back to S.A

I don’t think we’ll ever see another player on Steph’s level in terms of arsenal and accomplishments, at least not in this lifetime. True one of one player 🔥

I watched basketball right after Jordan's era (sad for me) but when I look back at everything he's done, he's not human. There are 2 players I've ever thought, these guys can't be human. Jordan and curry. They do impossible moves after impossible moves. Those guys are crazy.
@calebaizen6260 Жыл бұрын
whats crazy about curry is alot of dem doubters said he needs to adpt to nba but he made the whole league adpt to him.. if thats not a criteria to being considered the goat.. i dont know wat is.. no disrespect to black jesus but stephs my goat...

1st ballot hall of fame player. His work ethic and dedication has been unmatched. He is the poster child for the normal athlete HARD WORK PAYS OFF. God bless you Steph and respect. I became a Warriors fan the day he was drafted. That NCAA Tournament run was crazy.

Why does everyone seem to overlook the fact that Steph grew up with a millionaire father who was one of the best 3 point shooters of his time and supported his son 110%? Steph never had to work a summer job, he practiced with NBA players on NBA rims as a child, had training by his NBA father, he got genes from his NBA father, he got the best healthcare, he probably had a private chef, and the best trainers. The golden pretty boy Curry had all the possible advantages that an NBA player could have. Steph is over-rated. Jordan is the standard for greatness. Jordan in his prime was the best scorer, arguably best defender, and arguably the best athlete. Steph is mainly just a great scorer. Although, statistically speaking, Jordan (1), Lebron (6), and Durant(4) are better scorers. Steph is 17th best scorer of all time.

@@sessahmethat's what makes it special he has all the resources but still goes grinding since the day he learned how to shoot the ball, curry never rest even one day and keep doing the same drill for a million of times. That's dedication and to where he is right now he deserved it, I mean not even one person can do the routine he does, imagine that. If you watched anime you can compare him to Honda Goro from MAJORS.

@@sessahme Name another player with everything you just said have the career Steph has besides Kobe! Name one 1st ballot hall of famer son of a previous NBA player. You don’t know basketball. You said over-rated player and you never played in the NBA. Steph has NBA players and Hall Of Famers describing his impact to basketball. Don’t over step your limited appreciation for greatness. If you could even play basketball I would respect it. I got a thou wow you’re not a baller! I bet you couldn’t beat my 18 year old with the sh@@ you talking!

@@sessahme Do you understand before Steph the record for the most three pointers in a season was set in 2005. Steph has broken that record 9 times. You can’t even appreciate greatness. Wrap your little peanut around that feat!

Honestly, I'm not a big Lebron fan, but Curry is following the Lebron script in adapting and evolving their skills to their aging bodies. These all time greats are still evolving and becoming legendary masters going past their mid 30's. This is yet another thing that we have not seen before. It's amazing and we can't do anything else other than tip your hat.
