Yes, and I think PG failed to realize that what Stephen A was pointing out was it is only natural for journalists to criticize the player's performances. It's honestly a fair and reasonable line of questioning. Sure, there are a*holes out there who asks inappropriate questions, but players should not be too sensitive when it comes to opinions about their game that are based on facts/stats. Of course, no one's gonna perform great every game, and the players themselves don't want to play bad, but it's not malicious to have conversations and questions about it because that's literally what reporters and journalists are paid to do. I loved it when Stephen A pointed out that no one's judging your character, they're just talking about your game.

To be fair to Jackie he didn’t even really indulge in the situation because he had no wrong doing. If you watched the episode where Jackie asked if Stephen A has played , he concluded it all asking Stephen A to give grace to the players that’s injured because Stephen is constantly insinuating that Kawhi and PG are just collecting a check… Stephen even doubled down during his response. When he said Kawhi is to hurt to play but not to hurt to walk to the bank…….Stephen did what a good journalist would do in response. He flipped the narrative. He brought up the black struggle in media , black media history … but Jackie never said Stephen shouldn’t talk sports. He specifically said chill out on the guys that’s hurt because you don’t know how it feels how to be a hurt or injury prone player

It’s basically Stephen A. Smith taking the whole stage. Nothing great about this episode, it’s just arrogance thru and thru

@slamdunk2270 I mean he is a sports broadcaster, he is meant to be honest and says what he thinks. And it’s usually very true

This was very insightful. I've been bashful towards SAS without truly understanding the nature of his world in depth. He certainly let us inside a little bit. I think the guys were also being very respectful towards SAS as an elder. Both sides didn't backtrack (well except Jackie lol), and explained the conflict from their perspectives. In the end there's more understanding both ways. Good job guys! PG is a very sharp dude...knows how to avoid certain traps (like not laughing when certain guys are catching strays). Big ups!

Such a great observation on PG not nodding! Hardest part of athletes becoming media, can’t be objective against the brotherhood.

listening to this podcast is great because its not just everyone trying to say something at the same time, they actually give the guest time to talk and thats what makes it great!

I absolutely LOVE how SAS is branching out, showing love to our people: this show, Cam and Mase IIWII, Gillie and Walo MDWOG.... LOVE IT!! SAS is on the verge of something HUUUUUUUUGE, I believes. I believe he's working on something internally, that's going to be gargantuan!!
