I agree that yes Aaron Rodgers is a huge part of the Packers success and yes I am a huge Aaron Rodgers fan I am a Saints fan and I am also a Packers fan. However, this notion that Aaron Rodgers needs to leave the Packers is false, insane, and is laughable. The Packers are one of the best football teams in the league when it comes to drafting, developing, and building great offensive line play. Furthermore, the Packers offensive line was ranked 1st in pass blocking, they are ranked 3rd in run blocking, and Aaron Rodgers is on one of only two teams three if you count my Saints that has a top ranked running back as well as wide receiver. And yes while I agree that Brain Gutekunst should have not used one of those early picks on Jordan Love when he could have used it on a defensive lineman to help Kenny Clark, he could have used that pick on another middle linebacker or, a wide receiver I agree with all of that and he could have gotten Jordan Love later on in the draft so, yes he did deserve to catch a lot of heat for that. But, it's his job as the general manager not to just build for the present but also for the future as well and assuming that these reports have some truth to them and they very well could have some truth to them. However, in defense of Brain Gutekunst he was responsible for the drafting of Jaire Alexander, who is an all pro corner he is responsible for the drafting of Darnell Savage, who had four picks last year and is one of the best young safeties in the league who in my opinion doesn't get his name mentioned enough. This same general manager who everybody falsely wants fired is the same guy who drafted Jenkins who is one of the best offensive linemen in the league and lastly he also brought in Zadarius Smith who is an all pro outside linebacker and he also brought in Preston Smith as well. Aaron Rodgers is a superbowl champion, a superbowl MVP, and a three time NFL MVP and is one of the greatest quarterbacks to ever play the game. This situation is easy to fix give Aaron a longer extension with more guaranteed money, the general manager needs to apologize for not letting Aaron know hey we are gonna draft a quarterback of the future and we are going to develop him to eventually be next in line whenever you decide to hang it up but, you are still in our plans for the future. And Aaron needs to realize if these reports are true assuming that they are however, I don't know what to believe because both A.J. Hawk and John Kuhn have come out and said that these alleged reports in regards to certain areas of this situation are completely false. And it would also help if Aaron Rodgers himself came out and addressed the situation. However, Aaron Rodgers needs to realize that he is on a team that has one of the best offensive lines in the league, he has one of the best running backs in the league in Aaron Jones who was fifth in the NFL in rushing yards per carry at 5.3 yards per carry and he also had nine touchdowns. He also needs to realize that he has a tight end in Robert Tonyan who was 5th among all tight ends with 11 touchdowns. He has one of the best wide receivers in the game in Devante Adams, who finished last season second in catches with 115, first in touchdowns with 18, and he missed two games.
