It’s not straddling the fence, it is about seeing what is right or wrong. At times both parties are wrong about things. Some people are independent and just like common sense policies. I love you Dewds! Been a subscriber for a while, watched your visit to Detroit, etc. Had to laugh though as a 62 year old white dude when you said, "Dew rags". My roommate in the Army was a black guy and every night, he'd put this stuff in his hair (maybe Jerry Curl? Maybe not) and put a rag on his head when he went to bed. I never questioned it and he never questioned anything I did...it just was what it was. Fast forward a few months and I ended up playing center and him QB for our Company's flag football team. Even though it was "flag", us Army boys were laying hits like we were wearing pads. Damn, some nasty bumps and bruises, but I'm still remembering today almost 40 years later. BTW, we lost in the championship game...runners up for the whole Division. p.s. "Herb" had to wash his sheets/pillow cases 5 x's as often as I did. LOL
