She didn’t message herself very well and ran a sh*t campaign (given, she had very little time and other factors). Her policies and truth and virtue were for real, but messaging is a historically abdominal shortcoming for democrats, especially on such little time and other constraints. Republicans are exceptional at messaging, whether what they’re saying is factual or not. Case in point right here in what you believe Harris was about. It’s one of many reasons they win more. If you really looked into it, Harris was, across the board, an objectively better candidate by leaps and bounds, but her campaign strategy and team made a ton of errors. Too much to get into. Maga didn’t really win. Haris lost. There’s a difference. This is all way too loaded to address on the internet so I’m going to move on to the next thing. I'm actually very conservative when it comes to trans stuff and other matters, while jointly being an open, genuine person. Life is twisted and rough out there, but I simply find that trans stuff is a perversion that’s too far for me, tbh. If they want to do whatever on their own time, so be it, but, for example, Lia Thomas is a dude. They need to stop playin. “Caitlyn”/Bruce Jenner is a former Olympian legend of a man that now dresses up like a woman creeping people out. “2015 woman of the year”… Please with that nonsense. I get your point, but be reasonable and realistic. Ultimately, this maga nonsese manipulates you into this stuff just to get your vote under the guise of something far more insidious, and that something is to your detriment, as much as anyone else. It’s one big charade. That is, all maga/tr*mp does is use conventional "conservatism" and those accompanying good, genuine, american common-sense values- which they don’t even believe in (another loaded subject with a lot of history and facts to lay down)- as a mask to ultimately lay down policies that are heavily against your interest and that of the nation itself. Just look at where we are. You can’t say we’re better off than we were before 2015, when maga first became a thing. America was great back then. It was far better, and it still could be again, but not like this. Beyond maga’s divisiveness that it created and perpetuated, tr*mp actually drove this economy into the ground in 2020. He simply inherited obama-biden’s great economic administration (one that not only got us through the Great Recession that they inherited from Bush, but surged it forward powerfully into the beautiful machine tr*mp simply inherited). Obama’s economy and the remnants of his administration were so powerful that tr*mp just cruise-controlled through those first 3 years. However, when just one obstacle hit and he had to make one real executive presidential decision, look at what happened. What an epic disaster that we’re all still incurring the repercussions from, and may permanently be. It was entirely unnecessary to shut down the economy. We’ve come across worse pandemics before, including at the beginning of the obama administration when they were dealing with the Great Recession. The swine flu. What did obama do? He immediately declared a national emergency, provided 1.5 billion in relief, and left a playbook if such a pandemic came up again. It did. But it instead of following it, tr*mp shut down the economy and society and gave out free money in the amount of $2.2 trillion as people just sat around doing nothing- the true, primary source of the current conditions of the economy everyone is complaining about, despite the brilliance that biden-harris executed across those short 4 years and how dramatically better things are now from the nightmare they inherited from tr*mp. There’s a ton to cover there, but it’s the internet and I don’t even know if you’re actually reading these facts or taking it seriously. It’s going to take several administrations to undo what tr*mp originally did in just that one 2020 year, and you can’t forget the insurrection just prior to biden taking over, nonetheless now that tr*mp’s soon to be back in office to exacerbate everything. Just watch. This isn’t the true GOP, Republican party or conservativism, and he doesn’t have the multifaceted greatness of obama’s 8 years to inherit like he did his dad’s inheritance which, notably, he bankrupted 4 times. That’s not a knock, but relevant in that he’s never been successful at anything in his life, except for manipulating and scamming people and driving operations he manages into the ground. That’s just his overall legacy and who he is. Those are just the facts of his life. His perceived success is his father’s inheritance and his last name. That’s it. His dad was the great businessman that built the empire Donald simply inherited. Donald’s just a television personality that’s exceptional at manipulating people. Much more to cover. And all that’s just on the economy, discounting what it did to people’s psyches and our social landscape, etc. Maga is about tr*mp’s ego and self-empowerment and narcissistic self-entertainment, running america like his own personal business (note his history on that, including his first presidency). His extremist messaging works because of the believed rhetoric and, honestly, some of the backlash from extremist liberal progressives, including (mostly) white women pushing for things during #metoo that had nothing to do with that movement. And, right or wrong, that’s become a thing and too many guys- especially young ones- didn’t like it, right or wrong. It all factored in. Tr*mp knows what motivates people. He understands them. It’s the best thing he’s at. It’s what makes him such a great manipulator, getting the very people he’s preying on to believe that the party and politicians that are genuinely trying to help them are actually against them, nonetheless that he actually cares about them and their interests. The only thing they care about is more money in their pockets. They believe somehow Trump will do that for them, but they are unable to articulate exactly how that will happen. I spoke with an Asian American physician who literally said that he doesn't care about Trump's attitude, behavior, and controversial rhetoric. All he cares about is having more money in his pocket for his family. He believes Trump can make that happen. He didn't care about anything else. For some people, it's all about the money. For a lot of men, they think women can't lead even though they were raised by one. They think that's all women are good for. A lot of men absolutely refuse to vote for a woman president. Lastly, this brother of mine who voted for Trump is 27 years old and still living at our mom's house. He uses his mom while singing praises to Trump. It's a man thing, I guess.

There are several people that that are born here or establish citizenship in this country while still believing in their their origin countries belief's to some and even worse to an extreme extent. So I call BS. I also think more people voted for Kamala only based on her demographics than voted against her because of them. If we want a woman of any race as President, find one who is actually capable of the job! Kamala had the worst ratings as VP even by members of her own party and the fact that Biden's decline was ignored and said to be false info from the right, until it could no longer be ignored and then they turned their back on him in the blink of an eye and thought she was the one to save the world is quite astounding to me.

I've made essentially the same arguments as Stephen A Smith. At least 2 years ago Biden should announced he wasn't running for reelection so the Democrats could have a standard, competitive nomination/primary. I like Harris but she wasn't one of the stronger potential candidates and she only had 3 months to campaign. The Democrats lost largely because of Biden's stubborn selfishness.

@ the whole party was a mess and it would have taken a miracle for any candidate to win, the only hope was to endorse RFK jr. and for whatever reason they decided within the politicians that they were just going with the vp and hope the party itself was gonna carry her to the White House.
