You never know where the conversation will lead, but it is always sparkling and witty. And how interesting was the part where they spoke about Dylan lyrics. I’ve always felt he just should have written poetry and let other composers write the music and sing them. As an Aussie, I’m so proud of having Cate as a type of ambassador for the country. Same here. I watch Carol every other day during this quarantine. I just want to forget the world right now and be lost on her performances. Just last night, I watched the 2 Elizabeth films. And on those movies, she was just so superior in her acting, only Geoffrey Rush matched her in my opinion. Everybody else looked amateurished on her presence. She's just so breathtaking. I remembered, the reason I watched The Talented Mr. Ripley back then was because of her. I was probably 16 at the time and I went to the cinema to watch it and we're like only 3 or so people inside. It didn't matter to me. I just wanna see Cate. And I loved that film because of her. Now after 20 years, I'm falling in love with her all over again. I can't wait to see her new series :)
