Stephen Crowley - I hope I spelled that correctly ;-) - is the ‘black sheep’ finding unconventional ways to photographs conventions. There is probably more truth outside the layed out path when one does not have access. He has that quality to see the natural man (or woman) - hidden - behind the governing power. Human genre is his style and spontaneity is what he looks for. I like when he describes how he took notes, collecting compositions and color schemes as told at 32:50. An interesting podcast that sheds light on how the governing power is more concerned about their appearances than getting the ‘real job done’.
