As much as you can tell the Warriors changed the game bec of 3 pt shooting but the game kinda changed as well. Teams have players that can score in the paint. Look at the top 3 seeds of each conference as they have legit inside presence: Giannis,Embiid,Tatum/Brown,Sabonis,JJJ,Bane,Morant,Jokic. I just notice the heavy reliance on 3. The warriors dont have a player that can score inside the paint for easy buckets no more. If the 3 is down they can be beaten

The Warriors bring up their rings more than Shaq now. Klay showing the 4 fingers at Brooks. Klay was -30. The shot selection these 3 games has been terrible by him. They'll be games where he explodes and goes for 30-40 points and some games, he'll go 6-17 from the field. Green is 0-2 against Brooks since their barked at each other. Klay‘s shot selection is always on his own rythm. He carried the team when Steph was out, made a lot of insane shots when offense went nowhere. Again, when gsw at its best, turnover and shot selections was still an issue sometime, but they won because of solid defense. Now especially these road games, they got outplayed and outrun on defense, on ball defense and defense rotation are just off. Before they find their identity in defense, this woe is just gonna continue.

This is a tough situation. Poole is slacking on defense? Nobody will bring it up because of the punch. Klay is slacking on defense? Nobody will bring it up because of the two injuries. Which by the way, Klay is just falling asleep on plays. At least JP tries, he just sucks. Klay is better than that but doesn't try to be. Great veteran leadership. Even steph is part of the problem in road losses- chucking up threes instead of driving in crucial moments where the other team is gaining momentum while you still have the lead. It isn't there. The soul of the warriors team isn't there. There's no effort. No defense. No communicating. And it's because of another veteran showing great leadership, Draymond Green. It all started with the punch.

He does play decent defense when he's not being a jerk fouling, but Jaren Jackson Jr. and Desmond Bane scored 57 total. They were huge for the Grizzlies, and that's just a good team as a whole. They're well coached on defensive schemes and an offense where everyone touches the ball. Plus, they have young legs. The tide is slowly turning in the NBA, and this new group of stars is emerging.

I think the worst part of the Warriors this year is them playing small. Its too bad Wiseman didn't pan out but they should have got a center better than Looney by now.
