Makes sense why this guy is an elite player. One of the few guys I’ve seen that actually works out the motion and muscles that he will use during the game. Almost everyone just lifts weights but the muscles and motion have nothing to do with what they’ll actually do in the game.

Does lifting weights then shooting after mess up your shot?
@tellthetruthg10 жыл бұрын
It's muscle memory skill + eye. So if you shoot after lifting of course it will affect your shot. In the game we watch today you better have some muscle, but if you can get bigger muscles and still be flexible . Be able to fully extend your arms and you have a good shooting eye it won't matter.
@ShietEverywhere10 жыл бұрын
i dont think so, it really depends on how youre lifting though. If youre trying to bulk then yes, its gonna mess your shot up and youre gonna have to change it. I myself love to lift before i form shoot, high rep low weight for more conditioning and durability. I find it helps with technique too
@MurphyDinklage10 жыл бұрын
no you just have to train the new muscle to not over shoot the ball because with more strength you gain you increase your range...

@RondoStyle98 жыл бұрын
+Ethan Rucker Steph was a star way before he started working out with that trainer lol working out with him won't make you anywhere near as good as Steph. There's plenty of other people out there better, and locally too. Just don't go the "online trainer" route, those idiots like taylor allen, alex maroko etc don't know what the hell they are talking about. Also Steph had an NBA player as a dad, which is pretty much the best trainer you can possibly have
@jakefromstatefarm30178 жыл бұрын
+Ethan Rucker haha you that ass
@visionnaire42038 жыл бұрын
Plus his dad has money to spend on an expensive trainer, and so does Steph, now that he's rich. Lebron didn't have that, and look where he's at. You gotta grind and get it how you get it. Find a good trainer you trust.

ehh d-roses game is just a free-er rondo flow: they both finish very well they don't normally shoot (more midrange) but they can both heat up from 3 point land and they're one of the few point guards who dunk...rondo beats rose because rondo knows how to pass like cp3 and curry. Rose on the other hand wants to do it all. ipersonally believe its curry, cp3, rondo/westbrook, rondo/westbrook, and then d-rose

@myaclick yes but aerobic workouts(running etc)...doesn't help your muscle's grow at some point and after,(some times excessive aerobic exercise can cause muscle loss) anyway i think it's way better to have that "athletic type" of body than that "bodybuilding freak" body... :P

+MrsTruthTeller Not really, alot of the signature guys aren't even making Nike the money back that they spend on their shoe contracts. Outside of LeBron, who brings in hundreds of millions per year on his shoes, very few guys are worth a signature shoe. Do your research.

You're talking real shit there. It's: 1.Jason Kidd 2. Steve Nash 3.Derrick Rose But those are the ones that play today, the best ever is Magic. I would Rondo ranked higher than Paul and Steph. He has much more experience and is a better passer and leader. Paul is too overrated.
