Its crazy how he is still one of the top strikers in the world at his age. Normally fighters start slowing down when they get into their mid 30s (except for maybe LHWs and HWs) but WB still has speed, precision, and his reflexes about him. It really is a treat to watch. I dont think I have ever seen that many head kicks land in a single fight. It has to be some kinda record... Credit to Holland tho, he is too tough for his own good.

Unfortunately most in America don't so low T is often associated with older age. I'm almost 35 and I've had zero drop off in performance due to practicing a high quality lifestyle and incorporating preventative maintenance into my routine.

I can't believe how sharp wonderboy looked last night. Mightve been one of the best performances of his career, which is wild to think considering how many wars he's been through- both in kickboxing and mma. Idk how he's maintained his peak for so long- maybe even improving at this age. So happy for him.
