I sometimes ask myself which players I'd have round for dinner, drinks and chat. Stephen Hendry, Dennis Taylor definitely, Ken Doherty? Alan McManus? Both? (neither?) Don't think my all-time fave player Ronnie would make the short list though (and neither would another all-time favourite of mine - Steve Davis). Ray Reardon - yep. Kirk Stevens (mix it up a bit)? Jimmy - although I could end up being too start struck to enjoy the evening? John Parrott (I bet he has some good stories to tell)? Jan Verhaas even! Hmmmm. 🤔

All great until the BETTING app advert. Stop it ffs.
@DM-kv9kj7 ай бұрын
I wonder if you would refuse probably a few hundred thousand pounds for sponsoring a betting app on a youtube channel if you were offered. Not saying I disagree with the principle of not advertising gambling but I feel people are so easy to judge others when they themselves would do the same thing if put in the same situations. Basically, if we want to actually stop anything like that in society, everyone needs to demand laws be changed to actively prevent it, because the vast majority of individuals will never stop agreeing to large amounts of money for doing whatever it is a company asks.
@WanderFeetChronicles7 ай бұрын
@@DM-kv9kj I’ve commented on here before about this matter - and the judgement on Stephen is based on his audience. Kids right up to adults, he should choose a better and more suited sponsor rather than the betting app that encourages debt and gambling to everyone is just sooooo irresponsible. Don’t you agree?
