Stepper motor cleaning on sherco 300sef 2021

I do believe this whats happening to my bike. It will ride fine then warmed up it gets that hanging idle. It wont idle down off and on. Felt it was from shutting off and on so much when riding with gf. Maybe a combo of lower voltage and stepper so dirty. I know what i am doing tonight. Had it cleaned and extra silicone out in that vavle from nee as i had an airbox leak. I tore airbox aoart and siliconed it and have not had dust issue. Still very light dust. It gets like the moon here for dust.

Thanks for the video, very helpful. (The Sherco manuals sure aren’t.) When I pulled down the copper-colored casing there was white goo inside - is that just grease of some kind?

After I cleaned the stepper motor and assembled all back together, when started the bike rews was still kinda high, what i got scared of it's that exhaust when brite red from heat, so shut it of and left it for night will see what morning brings.

Mine was the same revving real high what was the outcome the next day?

did cleaning fix the problem? i have same problem in my 300 sef factory 2k16

Yes I have put about 6 more hours on the bike and it has been idling steady.
