Servo Motor is designed for 10 to 180/270 degree, (not rotate 360) and servo also have feedback signal because we must know that their current location/angle. , while in Stepper motor we don't need feedback signal, and stepper motor can rotate 360 in step by step, and every step cover a specific degree.
