😀 It only worked once. Then he evaded all other backfist attempts. He's such a smart fighter defensively.

Gabriel, this is just amazing, it is like, you are reading my mind, just today, I sparred a guy, who had really good head movement, and was really evasive, and I talked to my trainer about it, and he told me the same thing as you Gabriel to switch levels, and attack the body, and the legs, and you even added some additional points Gabriel, thank you so much, for all these amazing videos, that you make! 🎉

I loved your advice about respect and putting people on a pedestal; that carries over into all walks of life. I think we as people often overestimate our ability (sometimes in the form of procrastination) during times when we should be preparing or strengthening ourselves, and then we crumble under the pressure of situations because we allow ourselves to feel undeserving. I know I'm talking more philosophically, but one of my favorite things about your videos is that you emphasize preparation and (intelligent) hard work, because when a person does that, it makes it easier to Believe that they deserve victory or happiness, and believing is really a tremendous factor in whether or not people succeed... so much so that it even stops people from TRYING to succeed when they don't feel worthy. Your videos are a great blueprint to the antidote for that. Anyway, another great video, thank you so much 🙏🏽

gabriel i respect you bro, i learned a lot from your channel and you are great for sure but you can't ride on that lerdsila win forever, this is like you 10th video about it xD that was a damn good fight though and jokes aside the tips on how to defeat someone like lerdsila are helpful.

Lerdsila is not only one of the most skilled Muay Thai fighters, but he is also super tough. You can see by the way he crumpled he was completely out for 1/2 a second on the way down - but he had recovered before he hit the ground and then right back into the fight - he is incredible and one of a kind for sure! Gabriel knew he could not defeat him at his own game- Lerdsila is just too good, so they really had to look at how to get him out of his rhythm, where he dominates. Gabriel's dad - Keith Varga
