Finally, I got a true friend dog yesterday an hour before the event ended, I always just used dry food during the event, and didn't use the lavish fish dish and finally, I got it :)

I have played since the beginning of the game. True friend dogs used to be somewhat easier to get with good traits. But since all of the changes, I have been testing tons of different ways trying to get 1 more true friend dog but this time with maxed bloodhound and leader traits. I have yet to get a true friend while saving any traits when breeding. I only seem to get it when I dont sace traits and its random. But the dogs I get have bad low level traits.

I think the true friend mechanism is similar to the jackpot at the gas station, if you bid 10 on the 3rd spin then you don't get the jackpot even though you can get it if you bid 50 caps Nice share, thanks :)

Actually, I always visit the pier and fishing spot near the winter zone, of course with fish buff. that's what I've been doing regularly and not expecting to get a golden sturgeon Better luck next time bro :)

Yes. maybe one of the steps was missed. To be honest, I don't use the clearing method or whatever it's called

So this trick doesn’t guarantee the TF trait, right? But just a method for us to pick which one of our dogs should get the TF trait whenever the trait appears (if we’re lucky).

So far, the most I've done has only been 2 times, 2 tf and 2 lucky. if the third time it stays with the same num it doesn't seem like a fluke

I don't think you can re-roll the traits with clear data if you didn't get TF because i think they are decided the moment you press bread or you can wait like 12 hours and clear the data before you crossbreed and found out it didn't have TF (idk what I'm talking about)
