I just started in turnover b n b ! I have 4 /5 customers now , 4 because me and the 5th hasn't booked the cleaning yet but is deemed as my customer and that they accepted my bid! I didn't realize how fast the money would come in ! Literally as long as your willing to work and are personable the money will flow imagine how many times you went to get a air b n b and it was either booked or had openings fast .. that means it's popular- ALOT of turnovers and if it's openings fast that's back to back money ! I'm obsessed now!

@@linagallego6803 well I have some from directly from hosts & one contract with a cleaning company who contracts it out to us. I also have 2 awaiting with Evolve (like Airbnb ) Definitely go for the site, click "partner with us" Let them know you are a cleaning company and they will call you for references. If all clears they will send you host. If it's the beginning stage I say get what you can now and build your experience, clientele etc

Do you think starting out I should get an LLC or just business insurance? Do I need any legal stuff while just beginning?
@thehustlenetwork2 жыл бұрын
You actually don't need an actual LLC to start the Airbnb. The host will most likely ask you to fill out a W-9 form which then in the beginning of the year he's going to basically send you the W-9 form of how much he paid you added up for that year. Similar to doordash. Now I've never seen an incident where you will need insurance or should I say I've never seen specifically where there was a claim for Airbnb from the cleaner. But it doesn't hurt to get insurance because it's only like $37 a month. (For me is it with Hiscox) I really wouldn't worry about getting an LLC right now gain as many host as possible and start off like that. Now if you plan on doing big things with this Airbnb meaning having employees or having a bunch of contractors and going all out then yes I would say to get an LLC but if you're just starting out I wouldn't be all hung up on the LLC part as sometimes you just need to focus on getting the host and then work yourself backwards
@euqueshajohnson92722 жыл бұрын
Thank you so much 🤎 one more question to add to that .. so I don’t have to do any tax write off ? I’m just confused on how I don’t get in trouble with the irs ..

@thehustlenetwork2 жыл бұрын
@@euqueshajohnson9272 great question! Yes, definitely keep receipts for gas, meals during work, mileage, any car maintenance & supplies purchased. Now if you wanted to create your LLC and get a bookkeeper - because I started off not keeping track & got so caught up with making money etc. I wasn’t keeping track. This year I told myself I would and so I got a bookkeeper using Bench ! The best thing for my business. They categorize all my expenses, I can see how much I’m profiting each month etc. QuickBooks was just too difficult for me and trying to work do all this Airbnb cleaning and then come home and separate everything of course though I do keep track of my mileage by making sure all my Google sheets I’m writing down my mileage of you know how many miles it was for that day etc. but they do the rest But if you are not planning on getting an LLC and just having a W9 form mailed to you then yes make sure either way actually just keep track of your expenses and make sure that you are keeping it in folders for each month and categorizing it So come tax time when you are filing taxes whether you worked and you’re adding on that W9 or have an LLC and paying quarterly taxes. Keep track of how much your making I have an acct for My business Business Savings Business Tax Savings Rainy day savings Personal

Hi! My name is dalisa. I'm trying to get started on turnover air BNB as a cleaner. What do I need to do?
@thehustlenetwork2 жыл бұрын
Hello thank you for watching and yes you would just go to the website and then click the option to become a cleaner. Then follow through with the prompt of the question and ask and then wait to see if you approved. Now if in your area is already saturated it’s going to say that they are no longer looking for cleaners in the area at this time but you still want to be active on TurnoverBnB Cleaner just because you may run into a host who uses TurnoverBnB To schedule Cleans or you also maybe want to be on the platform just in case when the marketplace opens up

What items do you have to restock and are those items you have to buy yourself?
@thehustlenetwork2 жыл бұрын
Only thing your responsible for is cleaning supplies, getting to the job and providing a top tier clean. All consumables have to be restocked, your host should have some type of storage, locked bin of some sort where all the items are in. Soap, laundry soap, hand soap, tissue, paper towel etc
@shameka88vw2 жыл бұрын
Would you say its safe for a Turnoverbnb customer wants to work outside the platform?

Hi Lina, I have about 5 different three bedroom I clean and range from $85-$175 I would recommend you looking at the Airbnb or VRBO listing, as well as the SQ footage. Laundry is a big part of the turn, so if that's cut out that's great. I would recommend you doing the VRBO cleaner group. Make a post of what you just mentioned but add the area you clean is in. That way you will get other recommendations who clean in your area

$75 bucks per hour ? Or for cleaning the entire house ? If so how could you possible even afford to have someone help you ? $75 per house after tax and supply you would have to clean like 20 houses to make decent cash ?? Idk ..seems like it’s not a lot for an entire clean…I called a few cleaning company’s in my area and acted like I wanted to get my house clean and they said $120 for 1 -1.5 hours of cleaning…

Let me tell you one thing I'm not struggling to pay any of my bills, I can go get whatever the hell I want if I wanted to, and I can afford the things that I want. If you're not in the game you may not understand, I'm sure that's why you're watching this video so that way you can get some familiarity with this industry. If you watch a little closer, rewatch again, you may be able to figure it out. Just to continue to talk about a dream and something that you want to do is wasting time unless you put action you'll never be where you want in life

@thehustlenetwork Жыл бұрын
Hi Ashley! To be honest I feel like Turnoverbnb they often times are looking for a cheap price. I would consider giving a fair price, complete a walkthrough and give them value and be personable to get your foot in the door. From there after the first clean explain to them why your pricing is increased and you go above and beyond I like using Facebook because you would complete a walkthrough first. And then talk pricing. Not always but it’s highly important to see the place first. Maybe give an idea of what the pricing range would be but never say an exact price until you see the plasw

Thank you so much! I have watched most of your videos and heard you reference Facebook, I looked into it but my city has very little groups. I’m going to start there to get the ball rolling.

Okay no problem. Also use huge Facebook groups. If you can’t find any in your city, try state then try just being apart of “Airbnb Hosts groups” they have members from all over But I’ve seen much success on there. People from all over that if you post you never know you may get someone in your area.
