Stereo Test - Left/Right Audio Test for Headphones/Speakers

Quick sound check to make sure you are hearing left and right audio from the correct side. If you are hearing the speech from both sides, then something is mixing the audio. It could be hardware (headphones or a plug that only supports mono) or software ("mono audio" could be selected in the accessibility settings on your device, for example).
This will help you find out if your headphones or speakers are working properly, or if your other equipment, like a Bluetooth adapter, are playing truly stereo audio.

Bro, my right ear has been clogged up and i couldnt hear out of it very well for a long time. Whenever i put on headphones the right ear always felt like the sound was far away and muffled. Hearing this and finally hearing the sounds at the same volume from both my ears made me so happy. Thank you

If it works properly with AirPods but I get bleeding with any pair of corded headphones that I plug into my laptop, does that narrow it down to a physical issue with the headphone jack, or could it still be a software issue? Wasn't able to determine whether or not there was bleeding over the laptop's built-in speakers

That could be a software thing if it has different settings for different speakers (Bluebooth vs audio jack). Check the settings. I assume you have a Mac, so here are the instructions for Mac: support.apple.com/en-ca/guide/mac-help/mchlp2256/mac
