@@ciaranReal so as a fellow UK resident, can I ask one simple question?… and that is in their right minds would actually want to invade the UK? Our economy is mostly financial so any attacks on our cities would immediately cripple our economy making any vested invasions practically worthless, weve barely got any resources left since we’ve used most of It up so we’ve had to borrow others peoples resources, it rains 70% of the annual year, half of our population are mostly foreigners and those who are native Brit’s are either half drunk or gong to a liberal arts college in order to know that’s the difference between a man or a woman, if the go anywhere further up north it’s freezing cold and if they decided to invade wales, well it’s wales, mud, rain and general discomfort 24/7 and who’s main source of income is sheeps, so again my point still stands. Why would anyone in their right minds want to attack a country who’s military research and development comes from a middle age man as their sheds, a nuclear fleet of British submarines stationed in Scotland because the UK government hates nukes and wants to scrap their nuclear deterrent program entirely, all the while constantly cutting funds for our military which makes less than half of our annual requirement standards on a yearly basis, two super carriers with a handful of aircrafts that are capable of using them, a population of over 60% who doesn’t identify as British and with a media outlet that hates all straight white males, along with an air force that’s trying to reduce it’s white applicants due to diversity reasons and an economy so scary, Steven king might be able to make a horror movie with it, all the while we have ever increasing inflation and interest rates as well as the fact that we’ve barely got enough money to pay our doctors or house the homeless people already living in the UK, but we seem to have enough money to build shelter and accommodations for illegal immigrants as well as financing a war in Ukraine and the Middle East, all at taxpayers expenses, meanwhile the fat pigs in power are patting themselves on the back thinking that they deserve a 10k pay rise 😂, so again why would anyone want to invade the UK when it’s clearly going to be a waste of time, money and resources.😂

As a Russian, I will add about the army of our country. Yes, we do not have such technological and advanced equipment and weapons as the United States, but nevertheless, its difference from American equipment and weapons lies in its simplicity, reliability and mass production, which allows us to quickly and efficiently service weapons and equipment, as well as produce them in large quantities. We are a simple people, and our tools should be the same - simple and effective. We also use a huge number of artillery guns, which allows us to replenish the enemy's manpower. The reliability and mass availability of equipment, huge firepower, as well as a huge number of soldiers ready to die for the Motherland - all this was reflected in the main tactics of the Russian army: suppressing the enemy with the density of fire. It is worth saying that the Russian army relies not on quick and accurate maneuvers, but on the destruction of the enemy with strong blows of an iron fist. Thus, thanks to the above factors, the Russian army is capable of waging protracted wars. Therefore, if you come to imagine an image that personifies the Russian army, then imagine a massive and stubborn and armored giant, who, walking slowly, sweeps away all obstacles on his way to the goal, and who can hardly be stopped.

Another aspect of aircraft carriers that people don’t really think about is the American Helo carriers are not technically classified as aircraft carriers under that same statistic. With the marine F 35s, you can successfully launch those off of a Helo carrier. This just further is the point of how much the US emphasizes the aircraft carrier in our military doctrine.
@mananaVesta11 ай бұрын
The number of nations small and poor enough to not be able to sink an aircraft carrier is rapidly shrinking. Against any sizeable opponent (say Iran or North Korea) these things are just very expensive targets the US wont't dare to place within 1000km of the country it attacks, which renders them useless.

Its called three-three technic which a platoon of solders can fill the whole hill, not the human waves like the Battle of Verdun (meat grinder). Three solders form a battle team, then three battle teams form a small battle group. Supersession fires are not effective again the battle group. Also, certain division of Chinese solider were fight under different banners in the revaluation war and performed very poorly. Once they swapped the banner and fighting the invaders for the nation, they became fiercesome and earned reputation in the battles.

Let's be honest, During the Korean War, 1.compared with the Chinese army, 12 countries United Nations army had 30 years advanced weapons and 10 times the firepower and ammunition. 2. The Chinese army has very less tanks, no aircraft, no artillery. But UN army had them 3. The Chinese army wore thin clothes in the winter and had insufficient food supplies. Many soldiers died of freezing and starvation. But China still win Korean War with death ratio 1.2 : 1 to UN army

First off great as always. One question about Russia/USSR how does the current Uko-Russo war change that opinion what factoring in the Story Z units. Captives tell they were sent out with one or two mags some water and that's about it. That seems to me to be analogous to a meat assault, just waves with little intend but to waste the other side's ammo stockpiles.
First, not everything a captive says on the camera is factual truth. Especially when at mercy of those who don't even consider that captive a human being. Second, reports of Russian troops having way too few supplies in the early stage of war are true, but stem from an entirely opposite reason: strategists at Kremlin didn't expect to face resistance. It was meant to be over in just a few days, with government in Kiev intimidated into signing whatever Russia proposes them to sign. Outrageous naivety with catastrophic consequences.
