Golfed there in late 2022 and toured the show homes after. Golf course nothing special. Homes lovely. Farm house style. Quite different. As far as this video, she doesn’t even go into the homes she’s featuring. ???

I watched a time lapse recently of the entire Phoenix Metro area, year over year, and saw how much farmland has disappeared due to the growth here (especially in the West Valley).
