Thanks for the video. I have a torn rotator cuff on my right side that I have just learned to live with. I also developed a sprain at the sternoclavicular joint same side. I don't even know how it happened other than maybe because I changed sides that I sleep on. It's not painful just aggravation from the popping with certain arm movements.

In regards to burning mouth, started with a constant bitter taste over 3 months ago, then a couple weeks later very mild/random burning mouth, then off and on dry mouth. Then shortly after I started getting this thing where every time I swallow it makes a click in my throat in the front. From what I’ve looked it up it’s a dislocated hyoid bone. The click isn’t that painful. More annoying. It feels as if its clicking past something every time i swallow. I don’t know if they correlate or are just coincidence. Especially since the clock started after. The click is slightly more on the right side. Have you heard of this? Oh and to add the burning mouth has gotten worse the last few weeks. This bitter taste started 5 weeks after Covid but now I’m curious why I also have the clicking every time I swallow

Can this condition cause compression to an artery or veins? I had an injury, in 2019, it felt like my ribs came loose. After the injury, when moving my arm forward and back, it causes popping and a feeling of a skipped beat in my neck. My sternoclavicular joint was dislocated and my PT helped put it back in place. I can not use a foam roller on areas t1-t5, causes the popping and pain to be worse. My heart checked out fine and doctors can not find out what is causing it. It is so frustrating.

Read about "Thoracic Outlet Syndrome" and "Posterior Sternoclavicular Joint Dislocation". Also, it can be simple muscle tightness or poor posture that can cause the narrowing of the nerves and vessels there. Since you've got a trauma in that area, it looks like it hasn't been treated well yet.
