Today on The Ranveer Show, we welcome the legendary bodybuilder Ronnie Coleman. He is an American retired professional bodybuilder and 8 times winner of the Mr. Olympia title. He is renowned as a bodybuilding legend around the world.
In this episode, we will discuss Ronnie Coleman’s time as a bodybuilder and how he achieved the Mr. Olympia title for eight consecutive years. We will also talk about winning his first Olympia, how his family supported him throughout his life, all the struggles he had to go through, and much more. We will also discuss his life as a bodybuilder, his diet routine, the effects of using steroids, dealing with injuries, aging, training tips, and mental health.
