I think HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE would help in low dose of 12.5 to 25mg a day, is a diuretic and it lowers blood pressure. It’s gonna help with the bloat and moon face.

I believe you are correct in your hypothesis. I remember noting in my 20s when using various PEDs that each ADDED to the amount of water retention when combined. And, it wasn't always obvious subcutaneous edema, but often within the muscle. For example- natural weight of 205 lbs, within two weeks of high testosterone or other androgen use I would gain 12-15 lbs. Most of that is obviously water. But, it would sit within the muscle for the most part. Then add in 4-6 iu of GH per day and I'd hold another 7-8 lbs. Add in pre-workout insulin at 10 iu 3-4 x week and I'd hold another 8 lbs. Guys wonder why they lose so much weight coming off everything and think they are losing muscle because they weren't bloated looking while on. Another great video sir! Thank you.

Makes a lot of sense, telemisartan doesn’t do much if anything to help my blood pressure even at 80mg. The only thing I’ve found to help is magnesium. On cycle I was getting into 160/100 territory regularly and already on 80mg telemisartan, so then I started 400-600mg of magnesium Malate/bisglycinate and it was a game changer. Brought me down to 130s within a few days. Ive always had high blood pressure, even naturally, so to get in the 130s is a huge win for me lol. Any idea why magnesium helped so much and what else could help bring it down to normal levels?

Interesting I found Telmisartan 40mg to be fairly potent. Magnesium is a natural calcium channel blocker, been taking it for years, but you´d have to take a killing dose to lower blood pressure. Works for constipation like nothing else though. 😵‍💫

What are your thoughts on Kerendia to protect your kidneys? Since it's a mineralocorticoid receptor antagonist, it should protect your kidneys from steroid induced hypertension? Lower the chance of developing FSGS?

I knackered my kidneys abusing testosterone for 3 years, on dialysis for 3 years now and been suffering with anemia and high blood pressure. The only medication that helps my anemia and that’s brought my blood pressure down is trt dose testosterone, work that one out 😂

Started on 250 a week, then 250 every 6 days then i was doing 500 a week before i knew it. This went on for 2 years and the end result was kidney failure from high bp. Now I’m on 125 a week and some EPO plus iron infusion and i feel pretty darn good

This is brilliant work Nick, very interesting in particular for me with Primary Adrenal Insufficiency as well as CKD level 3/2. My BP has improved loads since first diagnosis which is far from simple, as these things are only a couple of the chronic’s I have, thanks to an autoimmune condition. Ironically since starting compounded T cream at TRT doses around 10 months ago I’ve seen my BP reduce to where it’s never been. I check fairly routinely with a home BP monitor. I really appreciate the work you obviously put into these videos. 👍
