I lived about 80 kilometers from Östersund earlier. Lives in Hungary now. Östersund is a beautiful town.

The flight was in some sense a random improvisation about the towns but the main reason was that Bangårdsgatan is located in the authorization zone of the airport and taking it off usually requires some time to process the application
