This 2011 Stessco Catcher FL430 is a wide gunwale, open dory that is perfect for fishing and crabbing the bay and inshore reefs. The casting platform forward is great for flicking lures and the carpeted flat floor allows easy movement around the rest of the boat.
This rig is powered by a Mercury 30Hp 4 stroke tiller steer outboard, providing superb power and exceptional economy. This boat features electric start, power trim and tilt, operation for the helmsman couldn't be easier.
The owner has appointed this rig well with a sounder, battery and bimini top, Magellan Handheld GPS, GME GX600 VHF radio & aerial, compass, 6 adult life jackets, paddle, flares, sand anchor with rope and chain, navigation lights, stern white light, full boat storage cover, 2 bench seats with padded seats mounted on top, 3 gang switch panel, approx 2 x 25L portable fuel tanks, side pockets, bow and stern casting platforms, custom upgrade painted hull, boarding platform, 12v power outlet, motor support bracket and manuals on motor.

Classic hull...which is fine....however blade apex hulls are the new generations for a smooth ride...

I've got a 50 hp 2 stroke on my 4.7 plate boat and use atleast 2x that fuel probably more.

How does it go with the 30 hp. I am looking at a fl430 catcher this weekend, with a 30hp 2 stroke mercury. What cruising speed would I be getting with two adults around the 65kg mark?

Oversized seats waste a lot of space should be flat floor pedestal rear seat only front casting deck needs carpet on the seat , cheaply built interior needs a rethink
