In the premiere episode of Lowrider Roll Models, we feature the inspirational story of Steve Alvarez-Mott--a longtime original member of the Groupe Car Club East L.A. Steve recalls the early days of the lowrider lifestyle and his first car, a 1966 Pontiac Tempest. Ultimately, the camaraderie and culture would have a transformative impact on Steve and help lead him to find his true calling in life. Steve is a genuine Roll Model in the Lowrider community.
