This is one of the most underrated relationships in the show. He’s really the older brother she always needed and I feel like in season 5 Steve’s going to be an emotional wreck because he wasn’t able to save her.

I agree. You are speaking facts. If she dies, Steve *will* be an emotional reck. But if steve dies and max survives, first of all, im not having any of that. They BETTER NOT kill off steve. But anyway, if steve dies, and max lives, Max will be the one having an emotional breakdown. (I will too)
