One of the best CEOs that Microsoft had, if not the best. The guy had a vision and was willing to fight to the end with his competitors for his dreams, even against all odds, because he had such confidence in his ideas! It's a shame that his legacy with Microsoft came to an end. Maybe the future of Microsoft would've been different if he stayed, maybe it would've even raised some real problems to Apple as a competitor.
@apollodiomedes203 Жыл бұрын
Balmer literally laughed at Apple when they introduced the first Iphone. He was sure it would be a massive flop. He not only didn’t predict the next big thing in personal devices, he ignored it when it came out. Microsoft was super-late to the touchscreen smartphone game and consequently lost this piece of the market. I wouldn’t call him “one of the best CEO’s”.
