This is one of a few songs that really doesn't make any sense unless it's coming from TMBG. Well, it doesn't make any sense there either, but at least that's what I expect. In short, people just shouldn't try to cover them. It makes you sound silly (though maybe that was his goal).

No.... he left blues clues because 2 reasons: 1) He wanted to shave his head for a looong time and the producers were not happy with that thought. 2) (Obviously) He wanted to pursue a musical career. He had extremely long hair before he started on blue's clues. He's a hair man, I guess.
